Great, clear sound.
I wanted a wired headset and bought this based on customer reviews. The headset worked right out of the box without the need for either of the two adapters that came with it. The sound quality is amazingly clear and I highly recommend it! A note: by default, the Cisco phone base disables the headset microphone, so all you have to do is press the headset button on your phone (it lights up) to be heard. up when the microphone is on) to use the headset.
