EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought my Apricorn in October 2018 and it has quickly become a must-have for my work gear. For some reason it stopped loading a few weeks ago. I filled out the RMA form on the Apricorn website on April 3rd and it was approved by Brandon in about half an hour. I mailed the unit back to them the same day via US Mail. And so I received a new replacement today on 05/10/19! IMPORTANT NOTE: I make sure to copy the contents of Apricorn to a different ultra-secure device every day. So today all I had to do was copy the content back! Thank you Brandon! _________ I was recently hacked! So my most important files are now on this device and not on my workstation. Content is encrypted and only accessible with an Apricorn Aegis security key with password. I've seen concerns here about the operating temperature. The unit shows up on my system temp monitor and has never gone above 86 degrees, which doesn't bother me at all! - Thanks Apricorn for putting my mind at ease - IM
