Easy-to implement platform that is user friendly

I like how easy it was for our team at work who were new users of this product - they had no issues getting started with using all aspects of their solution. The customer service support from both Salesforce side as well as NoveLoyalty has been great! Nothing really comes across negatively about my experience so far. However if you are looking into implementing an Interactive Customer Experience Management (ICEM) system then definitely consider doing some research first before committing too much time or money towards implementation. We have solved many problems related to creating better experiences through our customers which ultimately results in increased revenue.

  • Great overall program that allows us, sales reps within Marketing Dept., access easily without any major struggles; also user friendly interface is very helpful when trying out various options during implementations/improving existing solutions / building completely custom applications.Very responsive staff members whenever troubleshooting occurs along each phase leading up toward final deployment..Fast & reliable delivery times even under tight deadlines set forth by management
