Review on Kuner's by Michael Robertson

A Can of Disappointment from Kuner's

Although Kuner's web shop appears to carry many different items, don't let that fool you. What's inside isn't always as excellent as what's on the outside, much like a can of food. To begin, while their website is intuitive, the purchasing procedure is a jumbled mess. My cart has mysteriously disappeared and my purchases have been incomplete. The delivery costs are a whole other can of worms I'd rather not have to deal with. While the variety is extensive, the standard of the offerings is disappointing. The upscale snacks are bland, the canned products are dented, and the packaged foods have gone bad. They are about as helpful as a can opener without a blade when it comes to customer care. Do not anticipate prompt attention to your concerns; the company appears more interested in making sales than in making you happy. Though at first glance Kuner's may seem like a viable choice, it turns out to be a can of failure. You can do better purchasing somewhere else.

Pros
  • convenient experience when purchasing online.
Cons
  • Some goods might be on the more expensive side.
