Review on Smartcove by Kevin Dow

I like that it helps keep track of employee performance, which is useful for my business since we are looking to create more opportunities within our organization as well! It's not perfect in terms or ease-of use but they seem committed towards improving their product over time (which makes me feel better about using them). We've been able make some great improvements with this software so far - especially when comparing against other solutions out there such us Paychex HRMS/Payroll etc.. I like that it is easy to use, easy to navigate and has all of my employee data in one place! It's simple and intuitive for employees to find what they are looking for by using search functions or browsing through their dashboard. The only thing I don't love about SmartCove is its price point - not everyone can afford this software. As an HR manager I need to be able to access information at any time when needed. This makes the process quick and efficient because everything is saved in one location.
