I have an AT&T SIM card and it works great, voice and data. At first I thought I was scammed but before making a return I decided to try a different AT&T SIM card. Everything went smooth as hell. I still have 2016 which I like but this 2019 is definitely an upgrade. The sound is much better. I listened to the music for hours and it held up well. Otherwise I didn't notice a big difference. No tests or anything, just feel. On the other hand, I preferred my 2016 Tab A to an iPad Pro (got it for my 15 month old daughter to watch Youtube). I will now use this tab 2019 A and give 2016 to my other daughter.
