Works perfectly. Lead-free Soldiers tend to be a bit more picky about the flow and are unforgiving of dirty materials or improper iron temps. When cold, it looks like a cold joint at first, but it's flux residue. I wipe the finished joint with denatured alcohol, it's nice and shiny. I've noticed this with all lead free solders, not just this brand.
