Review on πŸ’§ NEIKO 30252A Water and Oil Separator: Enhance Air Line Performance, Extend Pneumatic Tool Lifespan by Luis Blaschko

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Little things to know about it.

Why 4 stars? Okay, that's a separator, and I think it works :) 1. No consumption display (I found this out through the seller - it seems illogical)2. Not exactly what I wanted (my deal, but the direction of the flow changes it.) 3. A bit nervous about when the hose will tighten it - time will tell. Okay, this is NOT for the main port! This guy is made for the individual tool - I repeat, NOT FOR A TANK BUT FOR A TOOL! The external threads are a little sharp, but that's okay - I use five wraps of Teflon tape, not three (these materials come with every air kit, so I have lots of them). The tool (in my case the paint cup) will rotate and move and this will make the link longer than I'd like - but that's a preference (I think I might get a different swirl) - so I'm a little concerned about my durability , the air hose has a way of "pointing out" weak connections in the line. Who knows? May outlast my hose and RF connections!* NOTE TO SELLER! I don't think it goes anywhere but you could tell the manufacturer to spend a few hours using a grinder in their molds, just engrave a little arrow for flow direction, that's fairly common for something like this and would increase the presentation of the instrument :) -- I doubt they'd care, but it would be quite professional if they did. The seller seems ok and the item is popular on Revain so who cares what I think! Thanks very much!
