There is no jury yet.

Bought a while ago and finally found the time to put it on. I cut a 1/4" foot supply line from the QR compressor and connected it to hose fittings. After that I turned on the air and it was leaking everywhere. Then I disassembled it and examined the construction to see how deceptive this thing is .From the outside it looks nice and sturdy compared to the clear acrylic but it is actually a piece of steel tubing that slides over a frangible O-ring at each end.Thankfully the ends are strong metal…

Easy to install and use

I needed this for my small 5 gallon compressor water removal tank. The one that was originally on the tank broke a long time ago. Since I mainly use the compressor to inflate tires, I have not changed it. I have a new project that requires the use of a sandblaster and the manufacturer recommends a filter to remove moisture. Besides, you should have another one. I like that it's crisp so it's easy to see when it needs to be emptied, which is just a matter of pressing a button. It's not really…

Not. Simply not. on Air-Compressor Accessories

I saw some warning signs at first, but I took the risk and paid the price. Poorly made, with no clear quality control, it leaked and eventually fell apart. I've tried fixing the leak by tightening it to the point where I think the Thor will have trouble unscrewing it, but it's still leaking. After loosening it, I used too much torque when initially tightening and it just fell apart before my eyes. Okay, I overdid it and didn't like it. But I further examined my recently destroyed separator and…

Little things to know about it.

Why 4 stars? Okay, that's a separator, and I think it works :) 1. No consumption display (I found this out through the seller - it seems illogical)2. Not exactly what I wanted (my deal, but the direction of the flow changes it.) 3. A bit nervous about when the hose will tighten it - time will tell. Okay, this is NOT for the main port! This guy is made for the individual tool - I repeat, NOT FOR A TANK BUT FOR A TOOL! The external threads are a little sharp, but that's okay - I use five wraps of

  • Sturdy construction

  • I vaguely remember

Great so far, 4 stars because I haven't used it long enough to give a better rating. One feature I really like about it is that the drain button is positioned so that if you have an "anti-kink collar" on your hose, you can simply press the collar and it will press the button to drain water unnecessarily. he shoots you in the finger. Set it up properly and you should see what I mean. As for back-to-front adjustments, as some reviewers point out, that's just not true. Yes, most air tools have a…
