Review on ๐Ÿ’ง NEIKO 30252A Water and Oil Separator: Enhance Air Line Performance, Extend Pneumatic Tool Lifespan by Madison Dickinson

There is no jury yet.

Bought a while ago and finally found the time to put it on. I cut a 1/4" foot supply line from the QR compressor and connected it to hose fittings. After that I turned on the air and it was leaking everywhere. Then I disassembled it and examined the construction to see how deceptive this thing is .From the outside it looks nice and sturdy compared to the clear acrylic but it is actually a piece of steel tubing that slides over a frangible O-ring at each end.Thankfully the ends are strong metal stock but under pressure a friction fit will do just fine I didn't have the clear acrylic version so I pocketed it and got it to seal even at 150 despite being rated at 90. I came across a small piece of o-ring lubricated, reassembled and tightened very well then put it back in the tool box I guess I'll try again after the acrylic failed.
