Review on πŸ’§ NEIKO 30252A Water and Oil Separator: Enhance Air Line Performance, Extend Pneumatic Tool Lifespan by Ryan Fuhrer

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Fittings are correct, air direction is marked. Don't listen to the bad reviews

Great so far, 4 stars because I haven't used it long enough to give a better rating. One feature I really like about it is that the drain button is positioned so that if you have an "anti-kink collar" on your hose, you can simply press the collar and it will press the button to drain water unnecessarily. he shoots you in the finger. Set it up properly and you should see what I mean. As for back-to-front adjustments, as some reviewers point out, that's just not true. Yes, most air tools have a female air inlet connector. There are no sprinklers. They always have a men's fitting. This is for a spray gun and should be placed on the air inlet or just before the built in regulator on the inlet. Go ahead and check your spray gun's built-in regulator - the fittings set up the same as this filter, so you can have something right up your gun inlet to filter water or debris where you need it. I see so many bad reviews about Revain products based on the people leaving these reviews not reading the instructions, not bothering to read the listing, or simply not knowing what they are talking about . oh, it's a lot more common than you might think. You should take this with a grain of salt because too many people are lazy, inattentive, or just plain stupid. I don't understand how anyone took the time to leave a review but didn't take the time to read the instructions or maybe do a quick search to see how to use the thing, it's just confusing and that's how I see it often. In any case, it's not an air dryer per se, it's an oil/water separator, and it works by taking tiny droplets from the air and condensing them into larger droplets that can then be caught and sent to the ground. If you need a dryer, get something with desiccant in it. Your best bet is to have a dehumidifier with a dehumidifier and then something like this, together they will do the job just fine. FYI if you take my advice and buy an air dryer with a dehumidifier, do not install it on the compressor as further away from the compressor you will get condensate in your line. 25 feet behind your compressor. It doesn't have to be physically 25ft away, 25ft from an airliner is enough - it can be right next to it if the air is passed through a 25ft pipe that does the work for you. And something else. Tip: Whenever you buy something, unpack it, look at the table of contents you should receive, make sure you got everything, then read the instructions fully to make sure you understand the process , and then go back to the beginning. and start collecting it or using it or whatever. This way you know what to expect and save time in the long run. This will change your life. Please.
