The broken, non-working salt/pepper grinder I received has already been returned. I know this because slivers of pepper fell from above. So it was returned as defective and instead of being sent back to the manufacturer or at least taken out of stock, it was sold to me! Now I have to deal with the return because they INTENTIONALLY sold me a defective item! Furious! 😡😡😡 I realize this was probably handled/shipped by Revain, if so shame on you too but you as a seller need to make sure this never happens again. If I hadn't known you were selling me an obviously defective product I would have replaced it and ordered at least one more set, maybe two. Now I can't believe they won't send me another defective set and I won't have to go through all this hassle again. While I haven't decided yet whether I'll give this seller another shot, I'm currently monitoring other kits. One of the grinders worked so I was able to test it. I would keep them and order more if both work. I would also return for a replacement and order additional ones if I didn't find they were intentionally returned to stock when returned as defective. I've had two sets of coffee grinders for about 20 years that I LOVE. Unfortunately, after 20 years, both pepper mills failed. I ordered a test kit before ordering more kits. They were a little big for my hand, but I really liked that I could flip them over to sharpen. However, I couldn't just roll over and rub until I got up. For my big pot of lasagna sauce, I had to sit up and back often, sometimes 6 to 9 times. So. Order at your own risk of time, aggravation and impact. 🙁
