First, the company is offering a $15 gift certificate for a 5 star rating. I didn't realize it until a card appeared in my package on how to get an offer. That worried me a lot. Second, the straw doesn't work that well. They are poorly made. Air flows through the "telescopic" areas, making the straw very noisy and making it difficult for liquid to flow. There are definitely better devices on the market.
