Where to start.1. The fan is signaled via RF and an RF remote control is required to turn it on and change the LED circuit etc. If your motherboard doesn't have an RGB pin, an IC cable is needed for your power supply. BOTH of these items are listed as accessories on the manufacturer's website, neither came in a box. It's not in the item description on the Revain site. The online user manual shows how to operate the remote control, but it is not listed as part of the body parts provided.2. The LED fan is LOUD and TERRIBLE when turning on/off or restarting until it works. The blades are so big that they scratch the fan housing. Also, the fan cable goes through the hooks to keep it in place behind the fan, the wings still hit the cable. To fix this I just routed the cable through the case and neatly bundled it with the other extra wires. To fix the flap of the fan blade to the case I can just cut the blades off. What a headache that would be. 3.Also just a tip, if you are new to PC building this case can be tricky, there are no clear instructions and none of the screws are labeled or specified. Included is an extra. It also has weight when mounted on a stand, so it's best to have another person hold and balance it for you. So I contacted the manufacturer and heard nothing from my remote request. I have spoken to Revain support and they will send me a replacement to see if I just have missing items. I didn't find the fan issue back then so hopefully the next one will be better balanced and solve this issue. Otherwise, if I am stuck in the same place with a replacement, this item is worth $250 GARBAGE. I will update my rating. If everything is solved with the replacement of the case, this will be done in 8 DAYS. Another disappointment. UPDATE - 06/10/20. So the replacement case sent by Revain arrived on time. working fan without problems, so in the first case just a bad fan. However, I contacted the case manufacturer AZZA and both listed the remote control and IC cable as content on their website and they sent them to me for help or charging without hesitation and they arrived within 3-4 days. The new case works well, as does the remote control and cable sent by MFG. I have no idea why this isn't included when purchased from Revain, but it needs to be fixed. My excitement turned to quick disappointment after assembling it on day one and not being able to see it working fully.
