You'll have to use the WinBox software to set it up if you want less hassle.

The lack of documentation for the device is a bit annoying. Shipping was available faster than I could get the Ubiuiti nanostation, so I ordered two of these stations to bridge houses on the same lot. QuikSet's features were working pretty much flawlessly when I broke down, stopped playing around with the web interface and decided to give WinBox a try. The settings were not "accepted" via the web interface and worked with Winbox almost immediately. It's awkward to ask for WinBox, but in the end, mission accomplished. Speed at 100 meters with the naked eye showed us a 5-band signal and 30 megabits of speed via speedtest.net compared to 50 at the starting point. A worthwhile purchase, I just wish I knew that Winbox and a Windows computer are required for easy installation. Update: still works perfectly a year and a half after installation. Even with one of the AP out in the elements.
