Average purchase, there is something to complain about.

Level 3 - the license is used in equipment designed to build point-to-point Wi-Fi connections and as wireless clients. A device with RouterOS Level 3 cannot work as a Wi-Fi access point to which wireless clients will connect. To organize a Wi-Fi access point, MikroTik equipment with a Level 4 license and above is intended. You can upgrade the license level from Level 3 to Level 4, but keep in mind that devices with RouterOS Level 4 are originally designed to organize Wi-Fi base stations and…

Pros
  • Works great as a wired client.
Cons
  • Cannot work as an access point. In fact, this is half the bridge. The description needs to be corrected. because the description from MikroTik does not contain the words "Access Point" - "Access Point"

Some pros: Cheap. At a distance of 350 meters in the center of Hong Kong in a straight line, it works fine despite the rain and trees. Chose their proprietary protocol. I haven’t tried others, I haven’t played with fine settings - they don’t look for good from good. With its cons. Although I am related to electronics, most of the settings are unknown. A person who only configured a home router without the support of a professional most likely will not configure anything. No built-in help, no sa

The lack of documentation for the device is a bit annoying. Shipping was available faster than I could get the Ubiuiti nanostation, so I ordered two of these stations to bridge houses on the same lot. QuikSet's features were working pretty much flawlessly when I broke down, stopped playing around with the web interface and decided to give WinBox a try. The settings were not "accepted" via the web interface and worked with Winbox almost immediately. It's awkward to ask for WinBox, but in the…

Pros
  • Computer and accessories
Cons
  • Can cause injuries

I had to install a point to point connection in a commercial nursery and it works great - I especially like the signal strength indicator because non-technical people can easily find and fix communication problems! I wish they had the ability to be hotspots. I have another setup where I have a client link hotspot (different hardware) and it's more flexible. But great little gear for the job!

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

Doesn't work in wireless access points

Mikrotk winbox.exe software doesn't see it. Also the IP 192.168.88.1 (as it says in the manual) is not responding. I also have the "SXTsq Lite2" model that works fine. So I'm sure I'm doing everything right

Pros
  • network products
Cons
  • poorly thought out
