Review on 🎮 Hyrule Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL” by Brad Blake

I bought this for my son at the end of June. Brand new for $965 from RAVENHOLM Electrics plus tax. When it finally arrived on July 6, problems arose. He said there was discoloration on the bottom screen, similar to TV burn-in (you can see it above the horizontal dotted line towards the center). He said that when playing games with a light or white background, they are very noticeable at the bottom of the screen. There were problems with some of the two buttons. As for the "C-stick" above the x, y, a, and b buttons, he said the C-stick is usually round. Stick c was torn on the side. The round block was damaged as can be seen in the picture. He also said that someone put screen protectors on both screens (you can see the screen protectors on the edge of the screen). It wouldn't make much of a difference if the screen had screen protectors, but given the other issues, we wondered if this was really something new. It was either new but defective or used or refurbished. We contacted the seller of RAVENHOLM electrics by providing him these photos and he told us to return the device if we wanted and we will refund the money. We send back. BUT IT WAS NOT THE END. On July 15, we received a $568 refund. The remaining $482.50 was a REFUND FEE PAYMENT. STUNNING! I contacted Revain support and explained everything. They said they would come to me within 7 days. They contacted me and didn't solve my problem. Instead they said they would give me an answer in another 7 days. It's been almost 3 weeks and still nothing. NOTE: DO NOT BUY SUCH DEVICE FROM AMAZON AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE FROM RAVENHOLM ELECTRICS!
