Great table. Exactly what I was looking for. Although I gave 4 stars out of 5 (see below) I am very happy with this purchase. I was looking for a small table for hobbies, crafts, painting etc. This table was about the size I was looking for. and was similar to other furniture I have. It had decent reviews in Revain and sold at a reasonable price. I ordered it and wow. It was shipped overnight from the nearest fulfillment center to my local post office and was posted the next day. Speaking of service! The box looked mostly intact. There was a small hole on one of the sides, which turned out to be insignificant since the parts were properly protected by a large number of pieces of foam and cardboard. All important metal parts were individually wrapped in plastic. The glass lid, wire and plastic trays, and tray frames have been packaged separately for added protection. The lifting mechanism was wrapped in foam. The screws/bolts were vacuum packed using an Allen key and a small wrench. The locked and unlocked casters were also packaged separately along with additional guides and glass cover bumps. The reel bag also had spares for each screw and a long sticker (a ruler that goes across the table top). There were no missing or damaged parts in my kit. I found some cosmetic issues with the color, but I could still paint the entire frame black. Assembly was pretty easy. The instructions were sufficient. It contains a detailed parts list. Fortunately, there aren't many spare parts. All metal and glass parts are numbered with stickers. Screws and bolts have the letter designation indicated on the vacuum packaging. When assembling, pay attention to how the parts are arranged in the instructions. I had a few mistakes, but I realized I missed a part in the layout and built it backwards or upside down. But removing and installing was easy. I was done in less than 30 minutes. Please note that I have installed overlays (carpet pads). I didn't make any videos. Assembly was completed with the supplied hex key. The two metal screws (that hold the top glass bumpers in place) require a Phillips screwdriver (not included). So there were no problems with the delivery. Easy to assemble, check. The lifting mechanism works well. Pen holders, shelves and drawers provide additional functionality. check check That looks great. I like it. Some notes on using the table lift mechanism. The table isn't very heavy and can tip towards you if you try to pull the glass top up instead of lifting it. This allows everything to be thrown off the table and out of the trays (since the tabletop tilts, the plastic trays on the sides remain perpendicular to the top). As the table tilts, its center of gravity shifts toward you and the overall structure becomes less and less stable. Luckily, most of my applications don't require tilting the top. But I might consider weighting the hind legs for added stability and security. Because this inherent instability within its operating range is a consequence of its design, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I took some photos and will add them if I can figure out how.
