I was worried about negative reviews about the size, bottles falling out or the whole strap bouncing around while walking. But this belt suits me. I weigh about 160 pounds, measure 30 inches at the waist and it fits snugly around me leaving room for even more reduction if needed. The bottle didn't jump and was completely full and the strap stayed in place without riding up or twisting and was on a slippery, moisture-wicking shirt. I would suggest for the best fit just thread the strap INSIDE buckles so the excess is against the body and under the belt, not flapping outside in the wind Mine came boxed so the extra belt dangles on the outside I knew immediately that I wouldn't like that, so I just completely unthreaded both sides and rethreaded.
