Review on YUYUHUA by Juan White

I was eager to check out the YUYUHUA online store since I place a high value on aesthetics and quality in home furnishings. But in the end, I was unimpressed with my encounter. Although their ceramic dinnerware set was attractive on the outside, the quality was poor. I was surprised to find chips and cracks in several of the parts after only a few uses, given the manufacturer's promise that their products are made to last. I also thought the customer service was subpar. When I contacted them about the problem, I got a canned response that didn't address my worries. It was obvious that they weren't concerned with putting things right or making sure I was happy. Overall, based on my experience, I would not advise using the Yuyuha online store. Their things can look nice, but the quality and customer service are far from satisfactory.
