Review on PROSTEEL by Vinay Kolluri

I regrettably had a negative encounter with PROSTEEL, so I am unable to endorse their goods or services. The goods' quality was the first problem I ran into. I bought a few things, like jewelry and shoes, but they weren't well manufactured, and they didn't last very long. Despite being promoted as being made of high-quality materials, the jewelry tarnished quickly and the shoes started to fall apart after only a few uses. Even worse, when I contacted customer support to try and address these problems, I was met with a slow and unhelpful response. Before I got a response, it took me a few emails and phone calls, and even then, they couldn't give me an acceptable answer to the issues I was having. I had a poor overall experience with PROSTEEL, and I would advise others not to do business with them. I felt disappointed and irritated because the products were of poor quality and the customer care was subpar.
