Terrible QA and Terrible CS
Lack of quality control. Manfrotto customer service is arrogant and takes no responsibility. Bought 2 of their 509 heads, both had problems. I received a 504 in a 509 box and another was so carelessly damaged that it almost entirely reflected the apathy of Manfrotto customer service. Art imitating life, I suppose. They have a BBB-D rating, find out.
