Exceptional Customer Service and Product Implementation
The most important thing I like about katesolutions is that they are always there for their clients, even if it's just an email or quick call with questions! There isn't anything i dislike as of yet but since we have been using them over 10 years now nothing has changed so far in terms customer service which makes me happy at all times!! We were given several options by other companies when searching out our CRM software because none had what was needed specifically tailored towards my industry (retail) however after speaking w/the team from KATESOLUTIONS everything came together perfectly. They took time getting familiarized w/our process & procedures within our organization making sure things made sense before implementing into production system.
