Review on La-Z-Boy Hyland Executive Office Chair with AIR Technology, Adjustable High Back Ergonomic Lumbar Support, Bonded Leather, Brown featuring Weathered Gray Wood Finish by Stacey Jones

I bought this chair hoping for lumbar support as I sit at my desk for many hours a day. The seat of the chair seems to be tilted forward so I can't sit as upright as I prefer. When I sit up straight, I feel like my butt is slipping off the chair. My last chair (which is no longer made) had an adjustable seat that helped with lumbar support, a comfortable sitting position, and the backrest went up and down to allow your butt to lean further into the seat. Definitely skip it. The seat and back of the chair are very soft. I feel like this chair was designed for the male body rather than the female. It arrived in a large box with no damage but the seat inside had a few scratches/dents and minor damage to the leather. I wrote to the company it was purchased through and received no response. Due to the COVID mess it took longer and I couldn't wait for another one not like it was ever offered. Not very happy with the chair but it is what it is!
