This is a well made quality product and overall I would say it is very effective. Corrects posture immediately after putting it on. While wearing it, you can do all your daily activities and still feel very comfortable. I would not recommend applying it directly to the skin as it will rub under the armpits and cause discomfort. But these inconveniences can be easily eliminated by wearing it over any garment. It is also worth mentioning that the product comes in a very nice handy carrying case that can be used for various purposes. Inside you will find an insert with very simple and clear instructions. As this posture corrector only comes in one size, if you are very short it may be too big and not suitable for you.
