Used these 2 days ago and didn't want to give a review until after use. i am absolutely in love I get cystic acne on my forehead, cheeks and chin all the time. Some heal faster, some stay like a bump for a very long time, which I hate. As you can see in the photo 3 circled were such that they did not heal and remained a bump. I knew there was something in them, but whenever I ruptured such cysts, they became more infected and caused more acne. So this time I tried piercing the bumps and applying these patches. I kept it on for about 8 hours and sometimes all night as I like them on my face and you can't visually notice them on your face and also prevent you from touching your pimples. It absorbed all the pus and blood and prevented further infection. You can see the scars my previous acne left on my forehead. Heals for a long time and leaves scars. Now I believe these 3 will heal faster. I also got a new pimple, I could feel it under my skin. I wasn't sure if it would work, but I decided to try and patch it. As if by magic, this pimple did not appear! I don't know how it could work, but I'm glad. One pimple less. I took the time to write this review so it might really help someone struggling with cystic acne. Thank you Rael for creating a really working product and also for replying via email. As long as I'm happy
