Cat’s too smart for it

My cat figured out how to wiggle out of it in two hours.
I added an elastic loop through the neck hole since that’s where he got out, but he still got out again.

Pros

Manufactured with anti-bacterial and anti-microbial materials to prevent infection and bacteria build-up

Cons

Could create an odor in the house
