Review on Bohemian Embroidered Ripped Handbag Backpack by Jessica Shakman

I have already bought 4 of these bags. I love them and get so many compliments. It is very convenient that you can use it as a backpack or a handbag. I mainly use it for traveling and hiking around town because it's light, easy to pack and much nicer than a regular backpack. And I've packed this thing to the brim with so many things, even heavy stuff, and it gets the job done every time. The stitching is strong, the zippers are excellent. Speaking of which, I love that the top zips up so everything is secure. The only reason I had to buy another bag is because sometimes the small inner pocket (which is a great feature for holding essential items like your phone, wallet, keys, etc.) gets torn. I'm pretty picky about the bag though so I don't blame it too much and at this price point I don't mind just buying a new one. Oh, it's also because their customer service is fantastic. Like, amazing. I once ordered a brown bag (my favorite is black btw) and it didn't have a zip and when I contacted them to send it back it was a treat. Pleasure! The lady was very friendly and helpful and took care of the problem in a flash. I definitely want to give them my business.
