Review on Straight Bi Pin Daylight Octron Fluorescent Light Bulbs by Carri Taylor

This is my second time buying these bulbs. I'm not quite sure what a good lightbulb life should be these days. I have had 2 aquariums for a little over 10 years and only now I have to change the light bulb in one of them. the other is still strong. I used all 8. 7 of these worked, as did the first pack. In terms of cost, I find a broken or cracked bulb out of 8 acceptable and more annoying to replace than to just ignore. Four of them replaced 4 from the last order placed over a year ago, although not by much. It seems a little shy on durability but then again the PRICE and 3 of the older bulbs are still up for grabs. It's worth noting that these lights stay on 24/7 365. Would I buy them again? No question if the price stays low and as long as my old lightbulb socket still jerky and only gives forced lots I will buy again.
