I already use four flash drives of this type: two of them have a capacity of 16 gigabytes each, and I use the other two on my television and DVB-T set-top box respectively. All of them work perfectly well for up to two years. The subsequent one will be saved to the built-in memory of the network media player by me. Admittedly, the write speed is slow, and it gets warm (although not nearly as much as a similar drive on USB3.0), but for $350–$400 for 16 GB, and especially from this manufacturer, this is an excellent choice for the job at hand: I almost forgot I'd inserted it into the device, which is almost undetectable.
