It's plastic so medium to hard hits of any kind would probably break it but I knew I was getting a cheap product. It costs less than $100 (I paid something like $90 for it) but for the price it looks very good. My kit came with a tiny bag of screws to hold the 3 pieces together (I recommend using 3m of outdoor double sided tape to support the screws) and screw holes to attach them to the lower bumper. I recommend double sided heavy duty outdoor tape to top it off for extra adhesion. Sorry for the shaky video but I tried to show some of the nuances. I highly recommend assembling it first and then using the box it comes in to hold one side while you secure the installation, then start on one side and work across. Overall very happy with it. There's a risk of breakage if you brake it or go up a steep hill, but then again I knew it's not super flexible plastic and it could break if you hit something. Don't expect big things but for under $100 when it looks GREAT. I will update in a few months.
