Great bags for sous vide cooking

Made some fish for fish tacos a few nights ago and the bag worked great! Easy to get use the vacuum, cleaned easily, and easy to seal. Haven't used to freeze anything yet, but will be doing that soon.

Reduces plastic waste in the environment

Cons

The bags may not be as versatile as advertised, making them unsuitable for a wide range of foods or cooking methods
