The ability for me as an Interior Designer is that I can see my projects in real time without having them built out physically! This helps with budgeting since you don't have any expenses until it's done but also saves money by not building what isn’t needed yet (or at least doesn't need more than your initial estimate). It takes some getting used too because when designing something like this there are so many things we want/need which makes choosing easy sometimes difficult. Also finding ways around problems or making adjustments during construction has been quite frustrating due to our limited access via virtual models only - especially if someone else needs help figuring how best solve certain issues they aren't able to do themselves either through lack knowledge about CAD programs etc.,.
