Great costume for my son who is 11 years old he is tall and very thin. 5 feet 2 inches and 70 pounds, soaked. The pants have an adjustable elastic band. We bought it for a cruise and a wedding when I couldn't find anything in the store. I was nervous trying to try this because there's always a lack of things, but it fit great. Also good quality. would recommend.
