I'm a big fan of these soft playpens, I have three of them so there's one on each floor of the house! This one is just as good in quality as the others and the price is very similar. Overall, I like that the soft-sided playpens don't cause injury when my wobbly baby and toddler fall in, which has happened with other hard-sided playpens we've had. I also love that they make playmats that fit this playpen exactly so you can add a soft playmat to any hard surface in your child's safe area. The side zip option isn't exactly functional from a parent's perspective, but my little one loves to play with it when I'm not trying to pound it. For reference, the height and strength of the playpen easily kept my son indoors until he was 2 years old. Even now, at 3 years old, he can get out if he REALLY wants to, but it still holds him back.
