As above except the rear calipers will need to be removed to complete the job. Make sure the inner pads are installed correctly; or the metal rails will bend and scratch your rotors. Of course, you can tell whether you've made it by the quiet friction noise you hear when you step on the brakes. Not that it did, but just to point out the possibility, right, I did. I had to spend $25 to get my rear discs fixed, but in the end all of these pads are pretty good. Will buy again in the future, hopefully far away.
