Tighten the positive end screw cap.
Forgot to tighten end cap "+β pin/fuse holder right out of the box. Used once and taken out of the packaging. the car socket, it fell apart, the fuse shorted and I lost the spring and cap, I repaired it myself with spare parts from my workbench.
