Review on Municity by Kevin Apriando

The software is easy to navigate and use and works well with city staff. There are many options for customization that makes it user friendly. I like being able to access information from any device at any time. It can sometimes be slow when responding to certain requests or queries. We have had some issues in the past with our old version of the software but they have been working hard to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. Make sure you take advantage of all the training resources offered by Municity. You really do need them to learn the ins and outs of the program. Being able to respond to building permits and inspections faster gives our office great customer service.
