I bought this bracelet for myself I have medium sized hands and wrists and the bracelet is small from the packaging. My wife has small hands and wrists, and it wasn't enough for her at first either. Knots can be pulled a little tighter by simply taking small sections at a time and pulling vigorously. The fibers that make up the bracelet are very strong, so a slight stretch is acceptable. I think I could stretch the bracelet further to fit me, but my wife liked it so much we just stretched it to fit her. I love the bracelet, thanks!
