Increases muscle mass

I used this product for quadriceps development to compensate for weakness from a previous knee injury. I've also long held on to lifting more weight for all muscle groups. After about 4 weeks I noticed a 15% increase in overall muscle strength. The product has no flavor but that suits me. I seem to notice that I need to drink more water. Overall, I recommend the product based on the results I've had with the product.
