Review on 🐝 Pure and Natural White Beeswax Pellets - 1 lb (16 oz), Cosmetic Grade Lip Balm, Lotion, Candle Making Bees Wax Pastilles by White Naturals by Gelin Battle

PRO: These pellets look good, feel good and melt well, and the packaging is strong and resealable. CONS: When opened, they smell of diesel with a hint of synthetic perfume, like a car air freshener. I'm used to using natural beeswax products for Easter eggs and homemade body products, which smell from slightly sweet (like honey) to neutral. These granules smell like a chemical solvent masked by a synthetic fragrance. The smell intensifies with heat and is still present at this point when wearing the lip balm I tried to make from these grains. This smell of my lip balm prompted me to write this review so late on a weekday evening. I'm afraid this is a paraffinic product, but I have no way of testing this without lab testing. The country of origin is not indicated on the packaging, but it seems to me that this is an imported fake. I will not buy it again nor will I recommend it. So sad.
