I like the updated version because it's adjustable. It's large but can be tightened at the wrists and ankles to fit a small child and loosened as they grow. I bought the 2T for my oldest daughter when she just turned 2 and she is still wearing them at 3.5 and should wear them for some time to come. My youngest now has one too and I'm giving them to my nieces and nephews for Christmas. I love how these raincoats turn rainy days into a great time for outdoor play! We also used them to play with our water mirror outside before the weather got warm enough to stay out in wet clothes or bathing suits.
