This is not a book you sit down to read from cover to cover. This is a beautifully illustrated guide. I'm already a seasoned seamstress with a lot of experience and I still managed to pick up some ideas that were new to me and remembered some very useful shortcuts I used in the past but forgot. Great memories! Sewing is not a "clean and tidy" hobby and I am not a "clean and tidy" person. I've found some great tips for keeping your sewing space well organized and tidy enough to be functional.
