Used this tape to patch holes in my awning. After just one night with no rain or moisture, the tape on the corners started peeling. I put the tape on the top that faces out to the sky and also on the bottom that won't be affected by the elements. Both came off and flapped in the wind after 3 days. I ended up having to tape regular clear packing tape over the tape to hold it in place. If it was stickier like gorilla tape or something I'm sure it would work. Otherwise stay away.
