I like that they are able to integrate with other software providers, which is very helpful when you have a large organization. The support team is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I dislike how long it takes to get an answer from them. For example, when we had issues with our CRM system, it took over two weeks before we received a response. This was not ideal as we needed resolution right away. We were also trying to resolve a billing issue, but it took several days for them to respond. It was difficult to keep track of everything that was going on, and there was a lot of back-and-forth with the support team. It would be nice if they could provide a dashboard where we could see all of our account activity in one place. We are solving the problem of integrating multiple software systems into one platform, so it's important that we can easily access data and information.
