I like that they are able to integrate with other software providers, which is very helpful when you have a large organization. The support team is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I dislike how long it takes to get an answer from them. For example, when we had issues with our CRM system, it took over two weeks before we received a response. This was not ideal as we needed resolution right away.
