Ok it worked after stopped. Apparently he didn't like the HDMI port. So far, so good. The video isn't the best I've seen on my 4k TV, but it's not terrible either, just acceptable. I downloaded a couple of applications from Play Market, everything went fine. Keep in mind that most applications require you to use the touchpad on the included keyboard or other pointer/mouse-like device. BT works fine and 5G WiFi connects quickly so that's a plus. The power pack is only about 2 meters long. It should be at least one different foot, or whatever is better. The same goes for the HDMI cable, so keep that in mind when replacing it.
