Review on MOOG Chassis Products K6541 Joint by Major Callaham

I needed a lower ball joint for my '09 Silverado. After looking for a while I found this one at Revain for $35 and then found it was a $25 return which Revain said was 'like new'. Unfortunately, after receiving the ball joint, I found out why it was a return. The castellated nut that came with the kit was the wrong size, the nut that came with the kit was M6 and I needed an M10 or M12 (can't remember now). I was going to try to contact Moog to see if I could get a replacement, but unfortunately after reading some of the reviews I found out that Moog does not offer any kind of product support and that they do not guarantee their products purchased through Revain . Luckily I was able to find one that was the right size at my local hardware store and was able to get it to work. Although I would recommend Moog products for almost anything. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying them from Revain, at least if you ever want to try to get a future warranty or get any sort of product support.
