Uploading/backing up high definition video files can be a test of patience. And sometimes the time it takes to upload large files is critical. I bought a Saicoo USB3.0 card reader to instantly backup large digital photo/video files. I compared the Saicoo USB3.0 reader to my USB2.0 reader and was able to unload my CF card less than twice as fast as with the Saicoo card reader. I shoot in both CF and microSD format, so being able to read multiple cards is also a big plus. I've been using it for dual camera video/photo shooting this week and have been very happy with it so far.
