Lays flat and is easy to clean!

I like this parchment paper because it lays flat and is very easy to clean. I always have parchment paper on a roll and the roll is hard to tear off and the sheet doesn't lay flat! I marked it for the packaging because the box was opened on my first delivery and when I opened the plastic. The paper bag fell on my floor! I notified Revain and they promptly sent a replacement. The box remained sealed, but sustained damage in transit, which did not render it unusable. I believe the company should invest in a stronger box.
